1. How do I make a reservation?  
Ans. When booking you must ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate and that the credit or debit card you are using to pay for your booking is your own, with sufficient funds available to cover the cost of the booking you made with us.

When you click the "Confirm Booking" button online, or when you confirm your booking over the telephone, you will be entering into a legally binding contract with Turquoise Tours and Travel Ltd T/A Reserve-Hotel.com and authorise Turquoise Tours and Travel Ltd T/A Reserve-Hotel.com to debit your credit or debit card. If your booking is made more than 28 days prior to check-in, you can pay a 10% deposit. The balance will be payable 28 days before your check-in.

When booking online, we accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, Visa Delta, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. When paying the balance, we also accept cheques and Internet transfers.Payment Terms.

When we confirm your booking and when the reservation has been paid in full, we will give you a unique booking reference number and will send you an hotel voucher that must be presented to the hotel to check-in. This email voucher confirms to the hotel that your booking has been prepaid and failure to present it may lead to the hotel refusing your booking. If you book online, the voucher will be emailed to you for you to print off. If you book over the telephone and do not provide an email address, we will post the voucher to you. Please note that vouchers are only sent to the person making the booking and not to every member of your party.

It is your responsibility to check all details of the booking including arrival date, departure date, number of nights, hotel name and rooms booked. Turquoise Tours and Travel Ltd T/A Reserve-Hotel.com needs to be informed immediately of any errors as we cannot guarantee to be able to make corrections at a later date


2. How long does it take to make a reservation?  
Ans. About 3 minutes online and about the same time should you prefer making your reservation by telephone.

3. Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?  
Ans. You can, but the prices displayed on Reserve-Hotel.com are available ONLY through our service. If you make a reservation with the hotel, you will be charged on average 10% to 40% more. The hotel might sometimes not even confirm reservation for indivudial clients on busy dates..

4. When do you check availability?  
Ans. Our online system searches available hotels in real time. We check availability when you press the "Search" button: you will get a listing of hotels that are available to book and comply with your search criteria: just press "Book" next to your chosen hotel to make a reservation. In some cities you can book up to 1 day prior to arrival. We display mostly available properties online so whenever there is a book button next to a hotel, feel free to make a reservation.

Should you wish to request any hotel that is not available you can do so by pressing the "Request" button: you will be put on a waiting list and, should a room become available, a reservation will be made for you and you will be notified via e-mail the same day the request was submitted.

We may also offer you alternative hotels with comparable rates and facilities: you have the right to refuse our choice at no cost to you. Please remember that by combining "availability check" and "reservation" into one step, we cut on our cost of operations and thus we can offer you much cheaper prices and save you time. .


5. Are taxes, services and breakfast included in your prices?  
Ans. To see if and what type of breakfast is included just check the "Board Type" column on each hotel result.

6. Are your prices by room or by person?  
Ans. All prices in our service are per room, not per person. For example, a price for a single means a room with one person, for a double means a room with 2 persons, etc.

7. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?  
Ans. You will get instant on-screen confirmation of your booking (which you can print if you wish). We will also send you a confirmation e-mail, which will include the dates of your reservation and the confirmed price. You may also view all your confirmations in the "My Account" section. You are required to double check the confirmation and get back to us immediately should any information need be corrected

8. How do I make a reservation for someone else?   
Ans. To complete a reservation for someone else, simply type in his or her name in the “Guest Name” field. The personal details should however be yours (ie. telephone number, e-mail address, address...) Should you be booking on behalf of a company for a business trip please use the company address, telephone & fax number. Please note that only the credit card holder is allowed to settle the accommodation bill. Please contact our Customer Services for further information about third party payment.

9. Will the hotel receive my booking immediately?  
Ans. he hotel will receive confirmation by fax at the same time you receive your confirmation. Please note that there may be a small delay before the hotel enters the booking in their own front office system. Once your reservation is confirmed on screen, your reservation is fully confirmed and it is only a matter of time before the hotel confirms it.

11. Will you confirm my reservation by phone?  
Ans. No. We make confirmations only by e-mail so please make sure that you have provided us with the correct e-mail address. Should you not receive a confirmation by e-mail, please contact our Customer Services to double check the status of your reservation and to have a copy forwarded to the correct e-mail address.

12. Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?  
Ans. A credit card is required as all reservations must be prepaid. Remember the credit card information is always treated as confidential and only the credit card holder is allowed to make use of it on our web site. For third party payment please contact our Customer Service.

13. How can I be sure my credit card information is secure?  
Ans. We understand your concern and have the utmost respect for your privacy and security. 15. Can I pay for the hotel accommodation by cash instead of credit card?  
Ans. Payments are to be made by credit card. Cash is unfortunately not accepted.

16. Can my Company be invoiced for my accommodation?  
Ans. We are unfortunately unable to invoice companies back as all reservations must be pre-paid. We will however happily made a reservation should we receive the payment prior to the arrival date. Please contact our Customer Services for further information about payment.

17. Will you issue a receipt?  
Ans. Your confirmation is your receipt, please print it out and keep it for your records. Also please make sure you print your voucher and take it with you as it will be requested by the hotel upon check-in.

18. Is my personal information kept private?  
Ans. Absolutely. We do not divulge your personal information to anyone except the minimum necessary to process your booking. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

19. How do I cancel or change the reservation I have made?

Ans. If you wish to change Hotels, please contact our Customer Services. Please note there may be charges for doing this

21. What ID do I need to check in?  
Ans. An ID will be required as well as a print out of the confirmation and voucher forwarded when you booked the accommodation. Please note that hotels will require you to fill in a "Registration Form" according to Metropolitan Police regulations on arrival and might take a credit card imprint for incidental charges..

22. Can I extend my stay once I am there?  
Ans. You may be able to extend your stay if you wish. However, this must be done in consultation with Turquoise Tours and Travel Ltd T/A Reserve-Hotel.com, as we have negotiated special rates with each hotel. You may not receive the same room rates for an extended stay and it is subject to availability.

23. What happens if the hotel cannot find my booking when I arrive?  
Ans. The first step is to contact the Reservation Manager at the hotel so that the situation can be resolved straightaway. If the hotel is still unable to find your booking, you must contact us at one of the numbers given on your pre-paid voucher.

24. Where is my hotel situated?  
Ans. The full address and contact numbers of the hotel will be listed on the confirmation page presented on-screen after you have completed your booking. This will also be contained in a confirmation email, which will be sent simultaneously at the conclusion of your booking with a voucher. Please contact our Customer Services should you not have received the confirmation or if you have misplaced it.

25. How can you offer rooms at such discounted prices?  
Ans. Using our connections with hoteliers we know (as we were hoteliers ourselves) paired with the volume of business we produce, we have negotiated these favourable rates. They might seem incredible but they are real and bookable too!

26. I have my pre - paid voucher, but when I called the Hotel directly to check on my reservation, the Hotel informed me they did not have a booking in my name. What do I do now?  
Ans. If you call the hotel more than 7 days prior to your check-in date, they may not be able to find your reservation by name. Names of customers booking our allotments are submitted to hotels 5-7 days prior to check-in. Please provide them with the confirmation details that are printed on your voucher. In the unlikely event that the hotel is still unable to locate your booking please contact our reservations team.

27. Do you offer additional discounts for senior citizens, students, airline employees, etc.?  
Ans. No. You will find that our prices are already heavily discounted; consequently, we cannot offer any additional discounts, but for long stays we might offer you better rates after consultation with hotels. For longs stays, please contact our Customer Services which will come back to you with several quotes.

28. Can I check in earlier than the check in time?  
Ans. We provide you with the time of guaranteed check in on each hotel information page. Early check in is subject to availability on the day of arrival and depends on how many rooms were occupied on the previous night. On rare occasions the check in might be delayed for circumstances beyond our and the hotel control. This would however not be more than 40 minutes

29. Can I check out later than check out time?  
Ans. Most of the hotels (subject to availability) will allow, usually without charge extended check out until midday. However most of the hotels will charge for any extended stay past midday, unless otherwise agreed with hotel reception/front desk. Please always double check on check in to avoid any extra charges on check out.

30. Can I leave my bags at the hotel?  
Ans. Yes, you can leave your luggage with the reception or in the luggage room until your room is ready. Most of the hotels will extend the same facilities at the check out, however some of the hotels may request a small charge. Please double check with the reception desk on check in.

31. Can I see pictures of the hotel and hotel rooms?  
Ans. Yes, we provide you with pictures for each hotel advertised on our site on the hotel information page. Please be aware that the hotel room photos are only a depiction of the type of rooms on offer and may not represent the actual room described. Pictures presented will always be of the hotel in question. On rare occasions, the pictures might need updating following a refurbishment or redecoration and would therefore not represent the hotel at its actually state. The information and pictures will be updated as soon as possible such occasions occur.

32. How can I inform the hotel of my special requests?  
Ans. We cannot guarantee any special requests, however each booking form will provide you with a special field for any information you wish a hotel to be aware of. All your special information will be forwarded to the hotel as a request and will therefore not be guaranteed. The hotel will do their best to satisfy your needs
