Complaint handling
On your return, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied, please contact us in writing within 14 days and we will investigate your comments. Our service standards for complaint handling are:
* An acknowledgement will be given within 3 working days
* A reply and conclusion will be sent within 14 working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances, in which case, you will receive an update within 14 days and a full response within 21 days. |
