This establishment comprises 96 modern apartments, which range in type and size and are suitable for between 2 and 5 people. Fully air-conditioned, the apartment hotel welcomes its guests into a lobby and includes services like 24-hour check-out, lift access, a hairdressing salon, a bank, a bar/general store, a restaurant and a parking garage (fees may apply). For short stays (between 1 and 3 nights) daily housekeeping is included in the room rate. For long stays housekeeping takes place every 7th day. There is a deposit per apartment (payable by cash, cheque or credit card) that has to be paid upon arrival and is refundable at the end of the stay.
