A beautiful new community of privately owned 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. it has a Mediterranean accented architecture with tile roofs. Check-in is from 4 pm. Check-in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from our Homes Welcome Center, located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After-hours key collection is from the electronic lock box at the same location. The lock box code is C-7-0-8-3. Then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 hours per day by telephone (toll-free): 1 800 713 8356; select the urgent message option. A refundable security deposit of USD 300 is required at registration. The following prepaid items can be added to your booking for a fee: pool heat USD 25 per day, cot hire USD 7 per day and highchair hire USD 7 per day, tax inclusive. Prices are subject to change at the resort. All private homes and apartments are non-smoking; pets are not allowed.
