The establishment features nicely decorated 3-, 4- and 5-bedroom homes, each with a private pool. Check in is from 4 pm. Check in, registration and key collection is to be conducted from the Homes Welcome Center, which is located at 6365 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, Florida 34747. After hours' key collection is from the electronic lock box at the same location. Lock box code: C-7-0-8-3 then press the button with the symbol of a door key. Homes assistance is available 24 hours a day by calling the free phone: 1 800 713 8356 and selecting the urgent message option. A refundable security deposit of USD 300 is required at registration. Homes are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure. All private homes and apartments are non-smoking and pets are not permitted.
