Hendon Hall originated as a 16th century mansion and was converted to a Hotel in 1911. Set in the heart of surburban north London, the hotel is easily accessible from central London and both the A1 and M1. The hotel became particularly famous in 1966, as the host hotel where the England team stayed during their victorious world cup campaign, due to its close proximity of Wembley Stadium
