When you think of Brussels you may not know that it is in Belgium. Brussels is over 1000 years old. Brussels has a very important connection with the international vocation. Both French and the Dutch is considered the main languages of Brussels. When you drive down the road you will notice that the street signs are in both languages. Because there are two different languages spoken here it is safe to assume that both languages and their culture lives in this place. Brussels is well recognised for its architectural style that shows in every building that has been designed. Brussels is also recognised as the former capital of the medieval Duch of Brabant. Being in Grand Place will let you know that you are in the city of Brussels.

Because of where it is located it is safe to say that the main religion in Brussels is the Roman Catholic Religion. It may not be a surprise that they dominate the religions given where Brussels is located. If you find the Saint-Nicolas church in Grand Place you will be able to attend the services and hear it in both languages. There are also prayer houses throughout Brussels.
