There are several different ways to travel in Toronto and that includes private ways of transportation as well. You will want to consider a car rental so you can drive where you want to go and when you want to go. Sometimes waiting on public transportation may be difficult sometimes and it may leave you stranded and unable to keep up with your customers. When you want to travel you can purchase a day pass that will allow you to ride public transport where ever you need to go. You can travel via taxi or via car. You may also want to travel via ferry. The ferry service will take you to the Toronto Islands where it will depart from the dock that is at the foot of the Bay Street and Queens Quay. If you want a round trip fare it is very affordable to purchase and you get to see the sightseeing from another angle. When in doubt always ask the hotel for the preferred public transport of the area. They will be able to guide you in the right direction and be able to help you arrange for your travels. Most transports will provide passes that are delivered to the hotel. Just call ahead to arrange.
