In 1909 the French started the park and later in the 1930’s the Japanese used it as their parade ground. Today you can watch a concert with Shanghai’s best performing for a crowd. To really enjoy Shanghai you will need to jump on Huangpu River Cruise. You can see the views of the Bund from your cruise. Tour boats will take you and your group to see shanghai from a different angle. The tours last about 3.5 hours and they can run day and night.
