If you are planning a weekend trip you want to get in everything you can in two days. Day one, you need to wake up very early so you will have time to eat a good breakfast before you start your day. Visit the Acropolis first. You will need to walk up the hill to see this but the view that your mind holds on to will last forever. After touring Acropolis, try to catch the theaters as well. They are close to the Acropolis so you won’t have to spend a lot of time traveling from one place to another. Grab a bite at a nearvia café that offers tables to sit outside so you can go over what you have already seen. After you eat, start out towards the shops and time yourself so you are not shopping all evening. At dusk you will want to take another look at all the historical sites that you viewed that day. Because the view is different as the sun is setting you will be glad you got a double take. The next day you can spend finding the spots you didn’t get in the first time. Make time to sample the different dishes at every meal.
