How-to get around!

When traveling in Rome you will want to have the option of several ways to get around. Although you have the sidewalks and crossing for walking you will still want to take another means of transportation in order to get around faster, particularly if you don’t want to stay too long in Rome. Some of the means of public transportation in Rome include bicycling, taxi, metro, and train. There are trains running everywhere all day long and the train will take you where you need to go as well. If you have several people traveling with you it may be more cost effective if you travel via car rental. If everyone pitches in to rent a car it will not cost a lot of money up front to rent and you will have control of where you go and how long it takes to get back to the room. No more waiting in line or getting caught in delays. The best way to travel is on foot if you don’t mind walking around and if you have a choice. Public transport can be expensive if you are not careful of every dime and nickel that you have. Public transport may also require that you pay for a pass to ride the transport more than once.
