Tokyo is many things to many different people and the official capital of Japan. The home of the Japanese government and the Japanese Imperial Family Tokyo is divided up into 47 prefectures of Japan. Each one of these 47 prefectures of Japan is divided into twenty-three special wards of Tokyo that administrate a city in its own name still go under the name of Tokyo though. Tokyo was the majority expensive listed city from 1992-2005 and one of the largest populations of a city with over 8 million people. Tokyo has had their share of tragedies and one of the biggest problems is earthquakes. The best thing that you can say about Tokyo is you will never get bored at they have something for everyone in your family. With a city as large as Tokyo finding time to see everything is tough. The culture is a little different and once you get use to it and see the city people just want more and that is why Tokyo is one of the top travel destinations in the world and will continue to be, and it doesn't look like that will change anytime soon.
