With so much to see in Amsterdam you don’t want to miss a second. You need fast and dependable transportation while you are there. There are several ways to get to your destinations; Metro, Tram and bus, canal boats, bicycles, taxi, or rental vehicles. Probably the quickest way to get around is to use a tram. The tram is available through the busy town of Amsterdam and can get you from point A to point B in just a few minutes. You can buy a pass for twenty four hours or seventy two hours and it will let you ride the tram at anytime. Trams run until a little after midnight every day. The canal boats fun every 40 minutes and make 14 stops along their routes throughout the city. Riding the canal boats will give you the opportunity to see all the major attractions in Amsterdam because they are all on the route. If you rent bicycles you can go at your own pace and see what you want to see. You may also want to try a bicycle taxi that allows you to carry up to two people at the same time. You may also want to rent a car to get where you need to go while you are staying in Amsterdam. There are car rental services available to help you with any request.
