How-to get around!

You will have several options for public transport when you get to Miami. Miami has several very good ways to get around the city of Miami if renting a car just isn't what you want to do. The metro rail is a 21 mile rail system that serves downtown Miami also extends to Hialeah and South to Kendal and stops usually every mile or so. This is a good option if you would like to use it. You also have the metro mover that has individual motorized cars that head to downtown Miami and to the business districts. If you love the bus than the Metro bus has over 60 routes that wind through the city. Last but surely not least is the Tri-rail that is a commuter rail system with 15 stations in the Miami area for your convenience. Taxi's are also a option that many people use and they are available if you want to go that route. If you don't like none of these options than renting a bike is another option or even walking is an option you may want to try for a little while. No matter what you choose Miami has plenty ways to get you around the city to see things.
